Can you introduce yourself in a few words and tell us what you were doing before joining us?

Since the beginning of my carreer, I have built my experience at the intersection of financial services, investments, and consulting. Before joining DynaFin Consulting, I worked as a Manager in a consulting firm, supporting financial institutions in Asset Management and developing the company in that field.

The last years, I was Head of Distribution & Client Servicing at Bank Nagelmackers, where I was involved in strategic growth initiatives and client servicing activities within the financial sector.

Alongside my professional experience, I also worked as a researcher at Ghent University, which allowed me to develop a strong analytical mindset and a deep interest in the evolution of the financial industry. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to contribute to several strategic transformation and business growth projects for banks and asset management companies across the BeNeLux region.

What made you decide to join our company rather than another one?

I have known DynaFin Consulting for many years and have always followed the company’s evolution with great interest. Over time, I have seen DynaFin Consulting build a strong reputation within the Financial Services industry thanks to its expertise, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to support clients on strategic transformation challenges.

Joining the company therefore felt like a natural and exciting step for me. I am genuinely happy and proud to now be part of this adventure.

What type of topic or mission excites you the most?

I am particularly passionate about business growth and transformation projects within the Banking & Financial Services industry. I enjoy working on strategic initiatives that help organizations evolve, adapt to market changes, and create long-term value for their clients and stakeholders.

Over the years, I have contributed to several high-impact projects for banks and asset management companies across the BeNeLux, which reinforced my interest in topics related to transformation, distribution strategy, client servicing, and the future of financial services.

What has positively surprised you the most since you joined us?

What positively surprised me the most is the combination of a strong visionary leadership and the accessibility of top management. There is a real entrepreneurial mindset within the company, where ideas, collaboration, and initiative are encouraged.

I also appreciate the dynamic and people-oriented culture, which creates an environment where consultants can grow, contribute, and truly make an impact for clients.

Outside of work, what really energizes you or helps you recharge?

Outside of work, I remain very interested in academia and topics related to economic and societal development. I also value social engagement and initiatives that contribute to building a fairer and more sustainable society.

These activities help me keep perspective, stay intellectually curious, and continue learning beyond the professional environment.
