Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a strategic transformation initiative within an asset management environment. The role requires strong knowledge of investment products and middle-office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project from planning through implementation.
  • Define scope, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
  • Coordinate business, operations and technology stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear project requirements.
  • Monitor progress, risks, issues and budgets.
  • Organise project governance and steering-committee reporting.
  • Support testing, implementation and operational readiness.
  • Ensure clear communication across all workstreams.

 

Profile

  • Min 5 years of Project management experience within asset management.
  • Strong understanding of investment products.
  • Good knowledge of middle-office processes.
  • Experience with transformation, integration or migration projects.
  • Understanding of front-to-back investment operations.
  • Strong planning, governance and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Professional fluency in English; French or Dutch is an advantage.
