Are you looking for an internship in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with a concrete impact on how candidates are identified, structured and followed up?

DynaFin Consulting is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team from September until the end of the year. Important: There is no remuneration

This internship is a good opportunity to discover recruitment from the inside, in a consulting company specialized in the Financial Services Industry. You will contribute to the quality of our candidate database, the treatment of incoming applications and the preparation of recruitment actions for business profiles active in banking, insurance and financial services.

Your responsibilities

You will support the Talent Acquisition team in several operational and analytical activities, including:

  • Reviewing incoming applications and candidate profiles.
  • Structuring and categorizing candidates in our recruitment database.
  • Cleaning, updating and enriching existing candidate records.
  • Helping the team reduce recruitment backlog and improve data quality.
  • Identifying relevant information in CVs, LinkedIn profiles and candidate files.
  • Supporting the preparation of candidate shortlists and recruitment follow-up.
  • Contributing to a more consistent use of recruitment tools and candidate pipelines.
  • Helping improve the way profiles are tagged, classified and made available for future recruitment needs.

Depending on your autonomy, skills and interests, you may also progressively contribute to:

  • First candidate screening.
  • Candidate contact by email or phone.
  • Basic qualification of profiles.
  • Sourcing support through LinkedIn or other channels.
  • Preparation of job postings and recruitment communication.

Please note: This is an unpaid internship as part of an academic program.

Profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communication, Languages, Finance/Economics or a related field.
  • Has an interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and candidate experience.
  • Is structured, precise and attentive to detail.
  • Enjoys working with data, CVs, profiles and recruitment tools.
  • Can work independently while staying connected to the team.
  • Is comfortable working in English and has a good command of French and/or Dutch.
  • Is curious, reliable and willing to learn by doing.

Previous experience in recruitment is not required. Motivation, accuracy and the ability to handle candidate information with professionalism are more important.
