Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in investment products (securities/custody) to support the delivery of business and regulatory initiatives.

You will act as the link between business and IT, ensuring that solutions are well-defined, validated, and successfully implemented.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and team members to refine requirements and solutions
  • Perform impact analysis and translate business, regulatory, and process needs into clear requirements
  • Build and support business cases for proposed solutions
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure clarity and completeness of specifications
  • Lead and facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Coordinate and support change activities (launch, go-live, releases)
  • Report on progress and status to relevant stakeholders

 

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in securities/custody
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and processes
  • Experience in Retail and/or Private Banking environments
  • Proven experience in Agile environments and project delivery
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and features
  • Experience in workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical, structured, and problem-solving mindset
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Agile certification is a plus
  • Fluent in English; good command of Dutch or French
