Functional Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our team and support the analysis and implementation of financial applications within the banking sector. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business needs into clear functional specifications and ensuring that solutions are properly designed, documented and aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document functional requirements based on business needs
• Define and validate functional flows, use cases, and specifications
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and testers throughout the delivery cycle
• Create and maintain documentation including software requirements, data models, manuals, and test plans
• Define and execute test plans and support UAT coordination
• Ensure traceability of requirements and alignment with architecture and compliance standards
• Support production incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Contribute to process optimization and data quality remediation initiatives
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews
