Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyse business needs in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Act as the interface between business teams and IT delivery teams
  • Gather, structure, and document functional requirements
  • Support functional solution definition and ensure alignment with business expectations
  • Model, review, and improve workflows and business processes
  • Monitor and manage quality, risks, and delivery issues
  • Contribute to smooth implementation and stakeholder alignment

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst
  • Experience in requirement gathering and definition
  • Experience with process modelling techniques and methods
  • Good understanding of end-to-end workflows and business processes
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office
  • Familiar with project and/or product management practices
  • Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
  • Good command of French or English (written and spoken)
  • Analytical mindset with strong conceptual thinking
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured, autonomous, and proactive working style
