Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Senior Business Developer to reinforce and strengthen our sales team at DynaFin Consulting. You will be responsible for developing new business, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our strategic growth in financial services consulting.

Your responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:
    Identify and prospect potential clients within the financial services sector, nurturing leads, and converting them into active clients.
  • Relationship Management:
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions from our range of financial services.
  • Sales Strategy Support:
    Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
  • Services Knowledge:
    Acquire in-depth knowledge of our financial services consulting offerings, staying updated on industry trends, and effectively communicating the value proposition to clients.
  • Sales Presentations:
    Conduct engaging and persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our services to drive sales.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and effective delivery of services.
  • Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular updates on sales performance.

 

Profile

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 8–10 years of proven business development experience in the financial services industry. (Mandatory!)

  • Strong capabilities in prospecting, negotiation, strategic account management, and closing high-value deals.

  • Excellent communication skills in FR–NL–EN, able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

  • Proactive, autonomous, and able to provide commercial guidance within the sales team.

  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments, adaptable to shifting priorities, and consistently results-driven.

  • Flexible mindset, capable of responding quickly to evolving client needs and market changes.
