Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Junior Consultant to support financial reconciliation and reporting activities within a banking environment. The consultant will contribute to ensuring consistency and accuracy across various accounting layers and help produce management-level reporting. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a keen interest in financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform reconciliation between local accounting and analytical accounting
  • Reconcile consolidated accounting with analytical accounting
  • Reconcile consolidated accounts across entities
  • Produce synthesis reports for management review and decision-making

 

Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or consulting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with large datasets and reconcile complex financial flows
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
  • Experience in banking or financial services is a strong asset
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, French, and Dutch
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently
