Business Analyst Invest (Dutch speaking)

Roles & Responsibilities

The Business Analyst actively participates in the reflections and ideation phases in collaboration with Business and IT partners to ensure that the chosen solutions best meet the needs of customers and employees, while being in line with the Bank's strategy and respecting the objectives of operational efficiency (simplicity, lean, ...) and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Together with the Product Owner, you will detail the solutions and draw up the business cases
• You make impact analyses, refine the business, regulatory, legal and process requirements
• Understand contracting processes
• Transversal stakeholders management
• Provides support during business and user testing and assists with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable
• Build and run the change management plan
• Manage the risk, quality and issues
• You work in close collaboration with the IT development team and ensure that all information is available
• You participate in the 'agile' ceremonies
• You regularly report on the status of the 'features' (assignments) on which you work on different levels in the Tribe
• Perform BAU tasks (User Support,...)
