Business Analyst - Taxonomy (Private banking)
BackRoles & Responsibilities
- Conduct an AS-IS analysis to assess current banking processes and system landscapes.
- Define and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Perform a DATA gap analysis and establish taxonomy-compatible definitions at entity and transaction levels.
- Identify assets in scope for Bank Nagelmackers and define the list of new data points.
- Develop a DATA Governance model and support its implementation.
- Create a roadmap implementation plan and support system enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between business, IT, and stakeholders, facilitating workshops and ensuring project alignment.
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics, with 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking.
- Strong expertise in business process mapping, data governance, and system requirements.
- Experience with data gap analysis, taxonomy definitions, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in BPMN, SQL, Power BI, or banking applications (e.g., Temenos, Avaloq, Fircosoft) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch is required.
