In this role, you'll drive revenue growth, forge new client relationships, and enhance existing ones.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients within the financial services sector, nurturing leads, and converting them into active clients.
  2. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions from our range of financial services.
  3. Sales Strategy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
  4. Services Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our financial services consulting offerings, staying updated on industry trends, and effectively communicating the value proposition to clients.
  5. Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our services to drive sales.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and effective delivery of services.
  8. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular updates on sales performance.

 

Profile

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • We are seeking a junior Business Developer, recently graduated in finance, economics, or business, eager to gain their first professional experience and passionate about the financial sector.

  • Sales Skills: A strong desire to further develop skills in sales prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals, with potential initial experience and a strong ambition to achieve and exceed sales targets 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (FR-NL-EN), adept at presenting and articulating solution concepts to clients.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Initiative and Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to sales, demonstrating initiative and drive in pursuing business opportunities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
  • A proactive attitude is needed to actively seek out opportunities, while a strong results orientation is crucial to meeting and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the company's continued growth.
