Process Engineer Investment PERM/Freelance

We are expanding our Invest team and have received an exciting project for one of our clients. If you are interested in the investment field and have a good understanding of this sector (funds, bonds, shares, equity, etc.), then this position might interest you.
We are urgently looking for a Process Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for reviewing, rebuilding, and rewriting user guides related to our applications. You will work in an Agile environment to respond quickly to market trends and regulatory requirements. This position is open for both permanent (PERM) and freelance candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the reflection and ideation phases in collaboration with Business and IT partners to ensure that the chosen solutions best meet the needs of customers and employees, while respecting the company's strategy and operational efficiency objectives.
- Define and implement or review business processes and flows in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Be responsible end-to-end (E2E) for these business processes, from the customer's request to the delivery of the product/service.
- Ensure adequate change management.
- Design and improve the customer journey.
- Work closely with the IT development team and ensure that all information is available.
- Participate in agile ceremonies.
- Regularly report on the status of the features you are working on at different levels of the organization.
- Lead changes within the teams in collaboration with your colleagues.
- Gather, understand, and challenge the needs of various internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand and document current processes and tools
Profile
- Passion for the investment world 🌍 and curiosity about process flows (Mainframe).
- Knowledge of Dutch and French and good command of English
- Ability to understand and unify the different needs of internal and external stakeholders 🤝.
- Independence and proactivity with experience in project management 📈.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills 🗣️.
- Team player and ability to present analysis results at different management levels 🏆.
- Basic knowledge of the Agile working method is an additional asset 🧩.
