Roles & Responsibilities

🌍 As part of our expansion in Luxembourg, we are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our team of consultants. This key individual will assist one of our major clients in integrating and maximizing Agile practices within their teams.

 

🎯 Main Role: Your mission will be to guide and support teams in the implementation and refinement of Agile methodologies. You will be the central figure in the Agile transformation, facilitating communication and organization to achieve optimal efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Agile Leadership: Advocate the adoption of Agile principles, ensuring their correct understanding and application.
  • Support and Training: Assist Product Owners in managing and prioritizing the backlog to better meet project needs.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that could impede team progress.
  • Coaching:Provide ongoing mentoring and support to teams to help them become self-sufficient and effective in their roles.
  • Continuous Improvement: Establish a culture of continuous improvement by regularly assessing processes and suggesting adjustments.

 

Profile

Your Profile:

 

  • You must be fluent in English and French and capable of communicating clearly and effectively.
  • You have solid experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong ability to train and coach teams.
  • Previous significant experience in software development is essential.
  • Ability to guide, influence, and motivate others .
