In order to expand our team, DynaFin is currently seeking a skilled Medior Project Manager Financial Services Consultant to lead projects from inception to deployment. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in various aspects of project implementation and operational efficiency enhancement.

Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple project teams, working closely with both business and IT stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, developing and implementing contingency plans as needed.
- Track progress, monitor schedules, and proactively address any deviations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Support scrum masters in sprint preparations, team follow-ups, and global planning. - Coach team members and facilitate process improvements to enhance project efficiency and delivery.
- Identification of risks, manage plans, track progress, and mitigate issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
Profile
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in managing projects.
- Fluent in Dutch / English and good knowledge in French
- Professional experience in a complex delivery environment, with affinity for IT technicalities and mobile development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe).
- Proven experience in project management, with strong competencies in coaching, collaboration, critical thinking, decision-making, and effective communication.
