Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Execute projects related to investment products, emphasizing strategic alignment and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Establish a robust organization, clearly defining scope and business requirements.

Innovation and Strategy:

• Actively contribute to the realization of product and service roadmaps aligned with the company's overall strategy.
• Continuously assess and discuss solutions and future improvements in line with the strategic vision.

Internal and External Communication:

• Provide regular reports to management and stakeholders throughout various project stages.
• Optimal collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of objectives and progress.

Project Risk Management:

• Identify project-related risks and develop appropriate contingency plans.
• Continuously assess progress in ongoing consultation with various stakeholders.

Business Analysis:

• Describe scope and business requirements.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of business needs in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess needs, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Formulate optimization strategies based on the analysis of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Design integrated solutions, considering business requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines.
• Document current and future business processes in detail to ensure a clear understanding of workflows.
• Contribute to the drafting of detailed functional specifications aligned with project objectives.
• Facilitate the transition from existing to new solutions, ensuring continuity and user satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to end users for the effective adoption of new solutions.
