Business Analyst - AI-Powered Customer Experience

We are currently recruiting a Business Analyst for a cutting-edge project focused on Chatbots and Virtual Assistants.
Project Context:
This role is integral to the development and delivery of innovative solutions aimed at improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Chatbots and Virtual Assistants are key enablers in driving the digital transformation and enhancing the customer experience by delivering convenient and efficient services. As part of a strategic initiative, your contributions will play a pivotal role in advancing these technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the product strategy and vision, as well as the priorities set by the Product Owner.
- Lead the business analysis efforts, identifying business/client needs and ensuring a customer-centric approach.
- Build trust with stakeholders and align business needs with strategic goals, ensuring they comply with best practices and user experience standards.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to collect and validate business requirements, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Define and model the business processes using appropriate techniques and methods.
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of the solution, working closely with technical teams and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and execute testing to ensure the quality of new functionalities, aligning with business needs.
- Support the change management process by onboarding businesses to new solutions and helping them adopt the delivered tools.
- Identify and manage constraints, risks, and issues to ensure successful delivery and implementation.
Profile
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, with a strong understanding of Chatbots and AI.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate stakeholders from both business and IT backgrounds.
- Strong knowledge of functional and technical analysis, with hands-on experience in architecture and testing.
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of tasks, and solve complex problems.
- Strong focus on customer-centricity, ensuring that the end-user experience is optimized.
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
