Business Analyst - Life Insurance

Within our client's Life Insurance department, a Life Insurance Business Analyst will join the Business Change & Monitoring team and support a portfolio migration project.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Defining associated requirements & formalize them in defined quality standards
- Identifying the process impacts of migrating individual life insurance policies
- Ensure business and IT understanding
- Prepare and execute process & calculation tests
- Act as intermediary between business & IT teams
- Report regularly on the progress of your activities

Ensure effective collaboration with the many parties involved (IT, Operations, Business, Distribution, etc.) & develop a relationship of trust with your customers and suppliers
Profile
- Knowledge of life insurance (products and processes), branch 23 and/or investments.
- You can demonstrate initial successful experience as a business analyst. Experience as a consultant is a plus .
- You know how to make a strong commitment to your projects in order to meet quality and deadline requirements.
- You are autonomous, and don't hesitate to find workarounds to find the information you need.
- You have a university degree in mathematics (or equivalent through experience).
- You can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' experience in the life insurance sector.
- You are familiar with at least one standard business/process analysis methodology.
- You speak French and English. With knowledge of Dutch.
- You are structured, organized (good priority management) & pragmatic with strong capacity to adapt and learn.
- As an analyst, you have an eye for detail, while being able to find the right level of abstraction to suit the context.
- Your communication skills are adapted to all audiences (actuaries, experts, IT, management, etc.)
- You are customer & result-oriented.
