Business Analyst - AML

One of our customers in the banking sector is currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst with AML expertise to work on end-to-end solutions, contributing to the improvement, optimization and creation of AML processes.
The team in which the Business Analyst will work is responsible for maintaining existing AML processes and assets. It is also responsible for improving these processes and assets, as well as implementing new AML policies.
Next year, the focus will be on the replacement of an AML tool (Netreveal), to which the Business Analyst will contribute.

Responsibilities:
• Identify business needs
• Act as interface between the project owner and other teams
• Bridge the business needs with IT
• Define and analyse the business model using modelling techniques and methods
• Manage the risk, quality and issues
Profile
• Fluent in FR/EN/NL
• Over 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods
• Good expertise in MS Office
• Good understanding of work flow processes
• Stakeholder management skills
• Experience in AML environment (operational experience is a plus)
• Soft skills: Analytical mind – conceptual thinking, Negotiation and persuasion skills, Structured approach, Able to work independently, Problem-solver
