Context

A credit institution facing the challenge of revenue growth approached our consulting firm to explore the possibilities of developing a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) offer in the credit sector.

The initial assessment revealed that the institution needed to diversify its revenue streams and, with the leadership team, we identified BPO in the credit domain as a strategic avenue. Our consultants collaborated closely with the institution's management to formulate a comprehensive plan.

DynaFin's Strategic Intervention

Our consultants conducted an in-depth market analysis to understand the current trends, demands, and competition in the credit outsourcing sector. We then provided recommendations for the global positioning of the new BPO offer, ensuring alignment with market needs and identifying unique selling propositions.

We designed a comprehensive catalog of products and services offered through the BPO that would address the specific pain points of potential clients.

As a second step of the project, our consultants defined and deployed an extensive an action plan to address potential customers’ needs: defined target operational processes, recommended organizational and operating models, and designed a technical target architecture for seamless integration.

Outcome

The outcome of the consulting intervention was the successful development and implementation of a new B2B offer in credit-focused Business Process Outsourcing. The institution was able to achieve Revenue Growth with a well-defined and unique BPO offering tailored to the needs of credit-related businesses.

The product roadmap outlines the strategic direction, planned features, and development timeline for the new products. Additionally, the bank now has functional prototypes that they can use to demonstrate the envisioned solution to stakeholders and prepare for the next phase of development.
