Can you introduce yourself in a few words and tell us what you were doing before joining us?

I’m Mete. I’ve been working in the financial sector for over 20 years, including around 10 years as a consultant specializing in Payments.

What made you decide to join our company rather than another one?

I was approached by Jo, our CEO, with an exciting project: building a dedicated Payments expertise within DynaFin Consulting.
As our discussions progressed, it became clear that this ambition was genuinely shared across the company. Given how rare strong Payments expertise is in consultance, joining DynaFin Consulting felt like a very natural choice.

What type of topic or mission excites you the most?

I’m particularly motivated by large‑scale transformation programs, especially focused on innovative and forward‑looking areas of Payments – an industry that is evolving extremely fast.

What has positively surprised you the most since you joined us?

I had already worked with many DynaFin consultants in the past and always appreciated their professionalism, agility, and friendly mindset.
What really stood out after joining is how deeply this is part of DynaFin Consulting’s DNA: people are supportive, highly skilled, quick‑thinking, and still very approachable.

Outside of work, what really energizes you or helps you recharge?

Like most people, sports, family time, going to football with my children, a good restaurant, all help me unwind on a regular basis.
But what truly recharges me is snowboarding in winter and spending time on the Turkish Aegean coast in summer. The balance between the mountains and the small coastal village where my mother lives is essential to me.
